The Vessel Reliability Management Project is designed to address pressure vessels with existing defects or rejected conditions. It begins with a Shutdown Inspection (S/D Inspection) to assess the vessel’s current condition during maintenance outages. If abnormalities are found, our team applies repair procedures in accordance with API 510 to ensure safety and compliance.

Once repairs are completed, an After Repair Inspection is conducted to verify the vessel’s readiness for safe operation. To prevent recurrence, we also perform Failure Analysis and Root Cause Investigation, identifying the underlying issues. In cases where new equipment is required, we provide New Fabrication Consulting to guide the manufacturing process in compliance with industry standards. Additionally, 2^nd & 3^rd Party Inspections are offered to ensure transparency and build client confidence in every step of the process.
