It begins with the development of an Inspection Test Plan (ITP), tube cleaning, and advanced tube inspection techniques such as ECT, IRIS, RFT, MFL, RVI and Helium Leak Test which provide precise identification of tube defects.

When damage is detected, we offer a complete repair solution that covers the preparation of repair procedures in compliance with engineering codes, the provision of certified welders for repair works, and the supply of tube plugs to seal defective tubes. This integrated approach ensures that repair activities are effective, safe, and fully aligned with operational requirements. Following the repair, an after-repair inspection is conducted to verify integrity before the equipment is returned to service, giving clients full confidence in the reliability of their heat exchangers.
