The Welding Modification Project is a comprehensive service covering all stages from planning to final verification. It begins with joint design consultation to ensure proper weld strength and compliance with standards, followed by the preparation of WPS and PQR (Welding Procedure Specification and Procedure Qualification Record) to establish and qualify welding procedures. We also provide welder supply and Welder Qualification Tests (WQT) to certify welder competency.

During execution, our team ensures welding inspections by authorized inspectors, guaranteeing adherence to codes and standards. For repairs, we implement welding repair procedures per AWS standards and others, ensuring reliability and consistency. Finally, an after-repair inspection is conducted to verify weld integrity and safety before handing over the project to the client.
